Photocopying is really two jobs. Copying paper you are holding is a shop job. Printing copies from a file you already have is not — that can be done online and delivered, usually for less.

Local copy shops do not publish rate cards, so there is no market figure to quote and we will not invent one. The only local price we can cite is from a Printster customer, who wrote in a published review in August 2022 that their local Mumbai stationery charged ₹3 to ₹5 per page. That is one person’s experience in one city, not a market rate. The reliable way to compare is to take our published rate to the shop nearest you.

- You can print copies from a file online, which is what most people actually need. Upload the document, set the copy count, and we print and deliver across India — A4 black & white from ₹0.60 a page double-sided, before GST.
- What about copying a physical document?
- That still needs a shop, or a scan. We print from uploaded files only. If you can scan the original properly, upload the scan and we will print from that.
- How much does photocopying cost per page?
- With us, ₹0.60 per A4 page in black & white double-sided and ₹0.85 single-sided, before GST. A5 is ₹0.38. At 100 copies or more, A4 drops to ₹0.54. Local shops do not publish rates, so compare ours against the shop nearest you.
- Is there a minimum order?
- No. You can order a single copy of a single page, though on a job that small the delivery charge will be the larger part of the bill.
- How long does delivery take?
- Processing is 3 to 5 working days, then transit — measured at about 1.9 days to Delhi, 3 days across North India, and 5 to 5.7 days to the West, East, North-East and South across 13,438 delivered orders.
- When should I use a local photocopy shop?
- One to ten pages you need today, or anything where you are holding the paper original. Both are jobs a counter does better than a courier.
