Per-page rates only tell you so much — what you pay is pages plus binding. These are complete jobs, priced on both sites at standard order quantities.

On like-for-like page rates we are lower on 5 of 6 combinations, and the gap grows with paper weight — ₹1.77 against ₹2.50 on 100 gsm printed one side.
- Why is a thesis cheaper with Printster?
- Two reasons. Heavier paper is where our rates are lowest relative to theirs — ₹1.52 against ₹1.90 on 100 gsm double-sided — and thesis work is almost always printed on heavier stock. On a 250-page thesis with golden-print hard binding that comes to ₹730 against ₹830, a saving of ₹100.
- Why are A5 notes so much cheaper?
- Because A5 halves the page. A 300-page set of notes printed A5 double-sided and spiral bound is ₹154 with us. OnlinePrintout does not publish an A5 rate at all, so the same job has to go on A4 — ₹189 on their published rates plus their handling fee.
- What does a one-page order cost?
- ₹0.60 for the printing with us. OnlinePrintout's own calculator charges a ₹1 minimum for the same single page, and adds a ₹5 handling fee on top. The cheapest delivery route it offered was delivery in 8 days via amazon.
- Do you charge a handling fee?
- No. You pay for printing, binding and delivery — there is no separate handling or file-processing charge added at checkout.
- Do you offer bulk discounts?
- Yes, and they apply automatically. At 100 copies or more, A4 black & white double-sided drops from ₹0.60 to ₹0.54 a page and A5 from ₹0.38 to ₹0.34. You do not need to request a quote.
- Are your prices inclusive of GST?
- No — every figure here excludes GST at 5%, and GST is added at checkout. OnlinePrintout's pricing page does not state its GST treatment, so compare the final checkout total on both sites.
- What sizes and binding can I get?
- A5, A4, A3 and B5 all have published per-page rates, and there are 12 binding types from a ₹2 corner staple up to hard binding with golden print on the front and spine at ₹350 per copy.
