    • Where non-delivery occurs due to an incorrect, incomplete or non-serviceable address, an unavailable consignee, refusal to accept delivery, or any cause attributable to the Customer, the cost of re-delivery, including additional courier charges, will be borne by the Customer.
    • If re-delivery is not possible, the Order will be deemed delivered and no refund shall be due.

  7. Transfer of Title and Risk
    • Title to and risk in the Products shall pass from Printster to the Customer at the time of handover of the Products to the courier or logistics provider.
    • For Products provided in electronic format, delivery shall be deemed to have taken place at the time We transmit the Product, or notify the Customer that the Product is available for download.

  8. Damage, Shortage and Wrong-Item Claims — Mandatory Unboxing Video
    • Claim windows depend on the type of issue:
    • (a) Damaged parcel / in-transit damage to the Product: must be reported in writing to print@printster.in within 48 hours of delivery, with the mandatory unboxing video and photographs.
    • (b) Missing items, wrong items, shortages or other non-damage defects: must be reported in writing to print@printster.in within 7 (seven) calendar days of delivery, with photographs, a written description, and the mandatory unboxing video where the issue is one a video can evidence (such as missing or wrong items in the parcel).
    • All claims for in-transit damage, missing items, wrong items or shortage are mandatorily subject to the submission of a clear, continuous and unedited unboxing video of the parcel. Without a valid unboxing video, no such claim shall be entertained, and no refund, reprint or replacement shall be issued.
    • The unboxing video must be a single, continuous recording (not edited, paused, cropped, sped up or stitched); begin with a clear view of the sealed and untampered outer packaging, including the courier shipping label and Printster logo; clearly show the breaking of the seal, opening of the package, and removal of all contents; clearly show the alleged damage, missing item, wrong item or defect; be of sufficient lighting and resolution to identify the issue.
    • Where the unboxing video does not meet the above requirements, where the seal of the package appears broken, tampered or re-sealed prior to the start of the recording, or where the recording is not continuous, Printster reserves the right to reject the claim at its sole discretion.
    • Beyond the above windows (48 hours for damage; 7 days for missing / wrong / shortage and production defects), Printster may entertain a claim only at its sole discretion and only if raised within 10 calendar days of delivery. Beyond 10 days, no claim of any nature shall be entertained.
