Most questions are answered fastest when the first email already contains the details below. Printster prints to order, so an order number identifies the exact file, paper, binding and destination that were used.
- Order number — shown on your confirmation email and on Track Order.
- Delivery pincode — this determines the delivery window and the courier.
- A photograph, if the question is about how something was printed or bound.
- The file itself, if the question is about whether it will print correctly.

Questions we can answer immediately
Some things do not need a conversation at all. The rate card lists every published price, the binding guide explains which binding suits which document, and the printing guides cover paper weight, margins, scanned files and file preparation before you upload.
For a bulk or repeat order, or anything that needs a quote rather than a calculator price, write to print@printster.in with the quantity, the page count and the binding you have in mind.

Printster is an online printing service and delivers across India by courier. There is no walk-in counter and orders cannot be collected in person.

Frequently asked questions
- How do I check the price before ordering?
- Upload your file to the price calculator and it quotes the job before you pay. You do not need an account to see a price; an account is only needed to place the order.
- What should I include when I email about an order?
- Send the order number, the delivery pincode and, if the problem is with the print itself, a photograph of what arrived. That is usually enough to resolve it in one reply.
- My PDF uses a Hindi or regional font. Will it print correctly?
- Embed the fonts in the PDF before uploading, then open it on a device that does not have those fonts installed to confirm the text still displays. Files built with legacy non-Unicode fonts are the most common cause of garbled printing.
- Can I get a GST invoice?
- Yes. A GST invoice is issued for every order. Printing and books are charged at 5 per cent, and gifts and business cards at 18 per cent, added to the prices shown on the site.
- Do you take cash on delivery?
- No. Printster is prepaid only — card, net banking or UPI.
- How long does delivery take?
- Four to seven working days in Delhi NCR and seven to ten working days across the rest of India, counted from dispatch.
- Can I visit your office to collect an order?
- Printster prints to order and delivers by courier. There is no walk-in counter, and orders are not available for collection.
