Printster is online only — there is no counter to visit.

- Do you deliver everywhere in India?
- We deliver to 21,708 serviceable pincodes across 36 states and union territories. That is most of the country but not every pincode, so enter yours at checkout to confirm before you pay.
- How long does delivery take?
- 4 to 7 working days in Delhi NCR and 5 to 10 working days across the rest of India, counted from the next working day after the order is accepted. That window already includes 3 to 5 working days of printing and binding; hard binding, soft cover, glue/tape and saddle stitch add 1 to 2 working days on top.
- Do you have print shops around India?
- No. Printster is an online print shop with a single production facility in Delhi. There are no branches, franchises or collection points anywhere else in the country; every order outside Delhi is printed centrally and couriered.
- What does printing cost?
- A4 black and white is Rs 0.60 a page double-sided and Rs 0.85 single-sided on a standard order of 1 to 49 copies of a document of 21 pages or more. A5 is Rs 0.38 and A4 colour Rs 3.36. Binding runs from Rs 2 for a corner staple to Rs 350 for hard binding with golden print on the front and spine. All rates exclude GST at 5%.
- Which courier will bring my order?
- It depends on the destination pincode. Several carriers are configured across the network and we select per order on what is serviceable for your address. You do not choose the carrier at checkout.
