How Online Printing Works at Printster

Printster is India's first online document printing store. The process is simple: upload your file, choose your print settings (paper, colour, binding), pay securely online, and we print and deliver your order across India — typically in 4–10 working days depending on your location.

  1. Register & Login

    Create your Printster account with name, email, phone and password; email and phone are verified.

  2. Choose Product

    Pick the product to print — documents, books, thesis, posters, certificates and more — which loads sensible default settings.

  3. Upload Document

    Upload or drag-and-drop your file (up to 100 MB): PDF, DOCX, DOC, PPT, PPTX, JPG, PNG or ZIP. For larger files, send via WeTransfer to print@printster.in.

  4. Select Printing Settings

    Choose colour/black & white, single or double side, binding type, paper size and quality. A printing glossary explains the options.

  5. Add Shipping Address & Review

    Add the delivery name, address and phone, then review the order one final time. Saved addresses speed up future orders.

  6. Pay Securely

    Pay online via a secure gateway (Credit/Debit card or net banking). COD is not available; for international cards, order by email. Store pickup is available.

  7. Take Delivery

    Sit back and relax — your prints are produced and delivered to your door.

Accepted File Formats

We accept PDF, DOCX, DOC, PPT, PPTX, JPG, PNG and ZIP files up to 100 MB. PDF with embedded fonts gives the most accurate printed output. Files larger than 100 MB can be sent via WeTransfer to print@printster.in.

Payment & Delivery

All payments are made online in advance via secure PCI-DSS gateways (Razorpay, Paytm, PayU). Cash on Delivery is not available. International cards cannot be processed online — email print@printster.in to place an international order.

Delivery takes 4–7 working days to Delhi/NCR and 7–10 working days to the rest of India, counted from the next working day after your order is accepted. Hard Cover, Soft Cover and Glue Tape binding add 1–2 extra working days.
