Binding is priced per copy on the 1 to 50 copy band, before GST: hard binding ₹250, golden print on front ₹275, front and spine ₹350. Hard binding adds 1 to 2 working days on top of the 3 to 5 working days production takes.

IIM Ahmedabad and NID: two programmes, no spec we could source

The other two sourced pages we hold here are the PhD programme pages at iima.ac.in and nid.edu, both checked 2026-08-31. Neither states a binding, cover colour, spine, paper or margin we could quote, so this page will not invent one. Ask the programme office what the bound copy must look like before you order; the finish is the part you cannot change afterwards.

GTU's guideline does settle size: A-4 size pages, with the synopsis specified as A4 at 12 pt Times New Roman. It states no weight of paper. Our per-page rates are quoted on 75 GSM Normal, with heavier stock on the same card up to 300 GSM; the GSM is left to you and your department.

What does the GTU guideline settle about paper, and what does it leave open?
It states A-4 size pages and specifies the synopsis as A4 at 12 pt Times New Roman. It states no weight of paper, so the GSM is open: our rates are quoted on 75 GSM Normal. Confirm the current version of the guideline with your department.
Can you supply the certificates GTU wants included in original?
No. We print and bind what is in your PDF, so a scanned certificate arrives as a scan. An original signed document is not something a print file can carry. Ask your department how it wants originals presented inside the five bound copies.
Is there a published total for printing and binding a thesis?
Four, each on one copy of a single 200-page file: A4 black and white double-sided on 75 GSM Normal, at the standard 1 to 49 copy rate, before GST. Rs 120 for the pages, Rs 370 with hard binding, Rs 395 with golden print on the front, Rs 470 with front and spine. Binding is per copy, so five copies means five bindings.
How far ahead of a submission date should the file go in?
As soon as it is final. The published window for an Ahmedabad address is 5 to 10 working days and already includes production. It is an estimate, so a date never gets a flat yes. Hard binding and soft cover each add 1 to 2 working days on top of the 3 to 5 working days production takes.
