A5 black and white printed double-sided is Rs 0.38 a page, dropping to Rs 0.34 at 100 copies or more — the cheapest rate on the calculator. A4 is Rs 0.60, or Rs 0.54 at 100 copies or more. A 100-page A5 handout printed in 100 copies is Rs 3,400 for the printing, which is Rs 34 a set. A5 is usually the right size for notes
A5 halves the paper cost against A4 and produces a booklet that fits a bag and a desk. For dense study material with diagrams, A4 is easier to read and worth the difference. Most coaching handouts are laid out two-up on A4 and printed as A5 — if that is your source file, export it at A5 rather than letting the printer scale it. Binding a set of notes

- Yes, with no maximum quantity. Multiple modules go in as separate files in one order, each bound separately, and the printing is priced across the whole job so the 100-copy tier applies sooner.
