PDFs with embedded fonts deliver the most accurate output — if your source file is a Word document or PowerPoint, uploading it directly is also supported. Every order is paid online in advance through a secure payment gateway (cards, net banking, and UPI accepted); Cash on Delivery is not available. For files larger than 100 MB, send them via WeTransfer and email us the link. Store pickup is also an option if you prefer to collect your prints in person.

Paper and Colour Options

Printster supports both black-and-white and full-colour printing. Paper options include standard 70 GSM and 75 GSM bond paper for everyday documents, as well as heavier 90 GSM and 100 GSM stocks for presentations and reports. Glossy and matte coated papers are available for colour-critical work. Note that every print includes a small margin on all sides — borderless printing is not offered.

Binding Styles

Choose the finish that suits your document type. Saddle-stitch (staple) binding works well for thinner booklets and handouts. Spiral / comb binding keeps pages flat for reference material. Soft-cover (perfect) binding gives a professional paperback look, while hard-cover binding is ideal for dissertations, annual reports, and archival documents. Binding options that involve cover stock (hard or soft) add approximately 1–2 working days to production time.

Accepted formats are PDF, DOCX, DOC, PPT, PPTX, JPG, PNG, and ZIP. Files up to 100 MB can be uploaded directly on the website. For larger files, use WeTransfer and share the download link with our team via email. PDF with all fonts embedded is the recommended format for layout-precise printing — it eliminates font-substitution issues and ensures your margins and spacing print exactly as designed.

Turnaround and Delivery

Orders placed before our daily cut-off are dispatched the same or next working day. Delivery within Delhi NCR typically takes 4–7 working days from the next working day after your order.
