Why PDF and not DOCX
A PDF carries its own fonts and layout, so it prints exactly as you designed it. A DOCX is re-rendered by whatever opens it, which is how page breaks move, tables split and fonts get substituted between your screen and the press. DOCX, JPG and PNG are accepted, but export to PDF first if the layout matters at all. Within Kerala we deliver to 35 cities, and Thalassery is number 6 of them by order volume.
Preparing the file
Embed the fonts. Keep images at 300 DPI. Hold one page size throughout — a PDF that mixes A4 and A3 is the most common reason a job comes back looking wrong. Flatten transparency and comment layers before export, and check the last page is really the last page.
