Resume / CV Printing

Print a professional resume on Printster by uploading your PDF, selecting a quality paper weight (80–100 GSM), choosing colour or B&W printing, and getting delivery across India. Single copies welcome — no minimums.

A resume is often the first physical impression you make on a recruiter or interviewer. The paper it is printed on matters — limp, thin stock or muddy grayscale text can undercut an otherwise strong CV. Printster lets you print your resume on good-quality paper with precise colour rendering, without ordering a hundred copies you do not need. Upload your resume as a PDF (strongly recommended over DOCX to preserve exact fonts, spacing, and layout), choose your print settings, and receive your printed resumes at your door. Delhi NCR delivery takes 4–7 working days; the rest of India 7–10 working days from the next working day. Payment is by UPI, card, or net banking. Cash on delivery is not available, and store pickup is an option if you are local.

Paper Choice for a Professional Resume

Paper weight is the single biggest factor that makes a printed resume feel premium:

White is standard; off-white (ivory) can look elegant for design or arts roles. Check what Printster has available under paper options.

Colour vs Black-and-White Printing

If your resume is designed with colour elements — a coloured header band, skill bars, icons, or a profile photo — print in colour to preserve the design intent. A full-colour PDF printed in B&W mode often produces muddy grays where your design expected solid colours.

For a clean, minimal single-column text resume with no colour design elements, B&W printing on quality paper is entirely professional and costs less.

Preparing Your Resume File

Always upload your resume as a PDF, not DOCX. Word documents can reflow — fonts may substitute, spacing shifts, and your carefully aligned sections can break entirely on a different system. Export to PDF from Word, Google Docs, or your design tool, then open the PDF to verify it looks exactly right before uploading.

Leave at least 10 mm margins on all sides; Printster does not print borderless. If your resume design bleeds to the edge of the page, add a margin within the design to avoid content being clipped.

Ordering Copies for Bulk Job Applications

There is no minimum order. Print one copy for a specific interview or twenty copies for a job fair. Use the online price calculator on Printster to see the cost per copy before ordering — printing multiple copies of the same resume is very economical per page. If you update your resume frequently, keep your PDF ready to upload for a fresh order whenever you need it.

Frequently asked questions

What paper weight makes a resume feel professional?
80 GSM is a practical step up from standard office paper and feels noticeably better in the hand. For a premium impression, 90–100 GSM is the best choice.
Should I upload my resume as PDF or Word?
Always PDF. Word documents can reflow fonts and spacing on a different system. Export your resume to PDF and verify it looks correct before uploading to Printster.
Can I print just one copy?
Yes. There is no minimum order quantity. You can print a single resume.
My resume has a colour header. Will Printster print it correctly?
Yes. Select colour printing when configuring your order. If you choose B&W, the colour header will be converted to grayscale, which may not look as intended.
How long does delivery take?
Delhi NCR: 4–7 working days. Rest of India: 7–10 working days, both counted from the next working day after order confirmation. Store pickup is also available.
Can I print multiple versions of my resume in one order?
Yes. Upload each version as a separate file, configure each independently, and add them all to the same checkout.
