Office & Bulk Document Printing
Offices can print bulk documents online through Printster by uploading PDFs or Office files, selecting print settings, and getting pan-India delivery in 4–10 working days. No minimum order — scale from a single report to thousands of pages.
Office printing workloads are highly variable: a handful of client-facing reports one week, a thousand duplex policy documents the next. Maintaining an in-house printer for irregular large runs is expensive in consumables and maintenance. Printster lets offices outsource bulk document printing without tying up internal resources — upload your files, configure settings, pay online, and receive a professionally finished print job at your office address. Accepted file types include PDF, DOCX, DOC, PPT, PPTX, JPG, PNG, and ZIP up to 100 MB. Files over 100 MB can be shared via WeTransfer. Payment is by UPI, cards, or net banking (no cash on delivery). Delhi NCR delivery takes 4–7 working days; the rest of India 7–10 working days from the next working day.
Common Office Document Types and Settings
Different document categories suit different print configurations:
- Internal reports and memos: Black-and-white duplex on 70–75 GSM paper is cost-efficient. Spiral or comb binding keeps thick reports organised without a permanent spine.
- Client-facing proposals and presentations: Colour printing on 80–90 GSM paper with spiral or wiro binding gives a polished impression. For very important pitches, consider perfect (soft cover) binding for a proper paperback feel.
- HR documents, policy manuals, and induction materials: B&W duplex, comb binding works well because pages can be updated without rebinding the whole document. These tend to be thick (80–300 pages), where comb binding is particularly practical.
- Training materials and handbooks: Spiral binding is popular — trainees often write notes alongside printed content, and the spiral lies flat on a desk.
Choosing Between Colour and B&W for Office Documents
A useful rule: if the document contains graphs, tables with colour coding, brand logos, or photography that must be legible, use colour printing. For dense text reports, data dumps, or internal communications, B&W on 70–80 GSM stock is clear and professional. Mixing modes — colour cover, B&W interior — is possible by uploading cover and body as separate files.
Binding for Office Documents
- Spiral binding (from ₹35): No extra days, opens flat, durable for day-to-day use. Up to ~470 pages.
- Comb binding (from ₹40): Allows pages to be added/removed, great for policy docs that get updated. Standard turnaround.
- Wiro / double-loop binding (from ₹60): Premium metal wire look — preferred for client presentations and boardroom documents. Standard turnaround.
- Perfect / soft cover binding (from ₹110): For formal reports submitted to clients or regulators. Adds 1–2 working days.
Managing Recurring and Large Print Jobs
Offices with recurring large-format print needs (monthly newsletters, quarterly reports, training cohort packs) can streamline ordering by maintaining a library of standard PDF templates. Re-uploading the same configured file type at the same settings gives consistent output every time. Use Printster's price calculator to forecast budget per print run, and factor in delivery lead times (especially for binding types that add 1–2 days).

Frequently asked questions
- Is there a minimum order size for office bulk printing?
- No. You can order a single document or thousands of pages in one job. Pricing scales automatically — larger volumes cost less per page.
- Can we send multiple different documents in one order?
- Yes. Upload each document as a separate file, configure each independently (different print modes, bindings, quantities), and check out together.
- What binding is best for a client pitch deck?
- Wiro (double-loop metal wire) gives a premium, professional look and opens completely flat — ideal for presentations. Perfect binding (soft cover) works well for formal reports submitted to clients.
- Our policy manual is updated quarterly. Can we reorder with changes?
- Yes. Upload the updated PDF each quarter and place a new order with the same settings. Comb binding is particularly useful for policy manuals since pages can be swapped in existing copies.
- How do we pay as an office — can we get an invoice?
- Payment is online (UPI, cards, net banking). Printster provides an invoice with your order confirmation, which can be used for expense reimbursement or accounts.
- What file format should we use for office documents?
- PDF with embedded fonts is recommended for consistent output. DOCX and PPTX are also accepted, but exporting to PDF first is the safest way to lock in your formatting.
