A3 black and white is ₹1.01 a page double-sided on the standard tier; colour and heavy stocks are quoted from the same card, with 5% GST added.

Loose sheets on 76.9% of what we finish for Bali

Bali's finishing mix leans towards no finish at all. Loose sheets with no binding are recorded on 76.9% of the 108 printed items that carry a finish here, which is 83 items, against 53.9% across India, about 1.4 times the national rate. Soft cover is the finish Bali reaches for more often than the country does: 8.3% of finished items here, 9 items, against 3.5% nationally, about 2.4 times. Soft cover, glue or tape, hard binding and saddle stitch each add 1 to 2 working days on top of the 3 to 5 working days of production.

The 105-page document and the 330-page school book

Document work is the bulk here: PDF printing is 81.9% of the 127 printed items, on 104 items, close to the 79.3% it takes across India. Length is what is particular here. A PDF job for Bali averages 105 pages per item and 1.6 copies. On the standard tier, 1 to 49 copies at 21 pages or more, A4 black and white runs ₹0.60 a page double-sided and ₹0.85 single-sided.

School books are a thin line with a large multiple: 4 printed items, 3.1% of everything we print for Bali against 0.1% across India, about 30.2 times. Four items is a signal, not a trend. What it does show is heft: the average school book job here runs 330 pages and 1.8 copies. When sending us a file is the wrong answer in Bali

If you need two pages printed this afternoon, this is the wrong service and we would rather say so. Work goes out from our Delhi facility by courier on a 5 to 10 working day window, there is no collection point in Bali or anywhere in Pali district, and payment is prepaid online. There is no cash on delivery on any order, and no paying at the door.

On volume, Bali is a modest line and we will not dress it up: 48 orders over 24 months, rank 25 of the 38 places we serve in Rajasthan, 1.1% of our Rajasthan volume, rank 385 nationally. None of that changes a price: the rate card is published per page and per copy, and does not move with what a city orders.

Yes, and 330 pages is about the average for that line here, at 1.8 copies. Binding is a per-copy charge, hard binding being Rs 250 in the 1 to 50 copy tier. Our published example, a 200-page thesis in A4 black and white double-sided, is Rs 120 for pages alone, Rs 370 with hard binding, Rs 395 and Rs 470 with the golden print options, ex-GST.
Is there anywhere in Bali I can collect the order instead?
No. Bali is served by courier only. The one place a customer can collect from is the Delhi production facility, and that is for Delhi orders. None of the 36 localities listed for Bali is a premises of ours; they are areas the courier network reaches.
Do the 100-copy rates help if I only need one copy?
Usually not, going by what Bali orders. The standard Rs 0.60 rate covers 1 to 49 copies at 21 pages or more, and a file of 20 pages or fewer is Rs 0.63.
