- There is no strict minimum — you can order a single copy of a single-page document. However, the per-page price is the same regardless of quantity: ₹0.55 for B&W and ₹3 for colour, so larger orders offer better value per rupee spent.
- Can I get colour xerox copies online?
- Yes. Select the colour print option when placing your order. Colour copies are priced at ₹3 per page. For mixed documents (some colour pages, some B&W), the pricing is applied per page according to your selection.
- How long does online xerox delivery take?
- Printster starts printing from the next working day after you order. Delivery to Delhi NCR takes 4–7 working days; to the rest of India it takes 7–10 working days. Bound orders take an additional 1–2 days before dispatch.
- Is there a maximum file size for uploading documents?
- Yes, the maximum is 100 MB per file. If your document is larger, consider compressing the PDF or splitting it into multiple files and uploading them as a ZIP archive.
- Can I get double-sided (duplex) xerox copies?
- Yes. Duplex printing is available and is a great way to reduce the total page count and cost for thick documents. Simply select the double-sided option during order configuration.
- Does Printster accept cash on delivery for xerox orders?
- No. All orders require online payment at checkout. Printster accepts UPI, debit and credit cards, and net banking. COD is not available.
