Batch / Multiple PDF Printing

Yes. On Printster you can upload multiple PDFs, DOCX, or image files in a single session. Each file gets its own print settings — colour, binding, page range — or you can apply common settings across the whole batch, then check out once for the entire order.

Whether you are a student printing five different subject notes, a training coordinator printing handouts for multiple modules, or a small business preparing several document types for a client presentation, uploading everything in one session saves time and reduces back-and-forth. Printster's uploader lets you add as many files as needed — each up to 100 MB — in one order. You can configure each file independently: set some files to duplex B&W, others to single-sided colour, choose a different binding for each if needed, then review the combined price and check out in a single transaction. Finished prints are dispatched together with tracked courier delivery — 4–7 working days in Delhi NCR, 7–10 working days across the rest of India from the next working day.

Uploading Multiple Files in One Order

From the Printster homepage, click 'Upload & Print' and add files one by one using the file picker or drag-and-drop. The uploader accepts PDF, DOCX, DOC, PPT, PPTX, JPG, PNG, and ZIP files, each up to 100 MB. Once all files are in the queue, you can move through each and set its specifications before adding the bundle to your cart.

Setting Different Options for Each File

Each file in your order can have its own independent configuration. For a batch with mixed requirements — say, a colour photo insert and a B&W text report — navigate to each file's settings panel and select colour mode, print sides (single or double), paper weight (70 GSM standard or heavier options), page range, and binding. This granular control means you never have to place separate orders just because two documents need different finishes.

Bulk Configuration for Identical Files

If you are printing many copies of the same document — such as 50 copies of an event handout — upload the file once and set the quantity in the configuration panel. For multiple distinct documents that all share the same settings (for instance, all duplex B&W, spiral bound), set the first file and use the same settings as a reference for the rest. The online price calculator updates in real time as you adjust quantities and options.

ZIPping Files for Simpler Upload

If you have a large number of individual chapter PDFs or image files that should print in sequence as one document, ZIP them together before uploading. Name files with a numeric prefix (001_, 002_, etc.) to lock in page order. Printster's team will merge or print them in the sequence indicated.

Frequently asked questions

Can I upload different file types (PDF, DOCX, PPTX) in the same order?
Yes. Printster accepts PDF, DOCX, DOC, PPT, PPTX, JPG, PNG, and ZIP in a single order. Each file can be configured separately.
Is there a limit on how many files I can include in one order?
There is no hard cap on the number of files per order, provided each individual file is under 100 MB. For very large batches, grouping related files into a ZIP can simplify the upload.
Can each file in a batch have different print settings?
Yes. Each file gets its own settings panel — colour mode, print sides, paper weight, binding type — so you can mix and match across the same order.
When will my batch order arrive?
All files in a batch order are printed and dispatched together. Delivery is 4–7 working days in Delhi NCR and 7–10 working days elsewhere in India, counted from the next working day after order placement.
How do I make sure my files print in the right sequence?
If sequence matters, name your files with a numeric prefix (01_, 02_, 03_) before uploading, or ZIP them in order. Add a note in the order comments if you need a specific arrangement.
Can I pay online for a multi-file order?
Yes. All Printster orders are paid online via card, net banking, or UPI. Cash on Delivery is not available. You pay once for the entire batch at checkout.
