Very dark photographs lose shadow separation, so lift the shadows a little before uploading if the original is low-key.

Canvas prints ship protected for transit. Check the parcel on arrival and photograph any damage before unwrapping fully — that is what a courier claim needs. Canvas is a custom-printed item, so ordinary change-of-mind returns do not apply; a printing or transit defect does.
