Serial numbers are printed as part of your artwork rather than added mechanically, so generate the sequence in your file before uploading — a spreadsheet mail-merge to PDF is the usual route. For duplicate or triplicate sets, upload each copy as its own page in the same PDF and they are printed and collated in order.
