Print Quality Standards
What Printster prints on, how it is bound, and which option suits which job. Every stock and binding listed here is selectable when you configure an order.
Paper stocks
Fifteen stocks are available. Weight is given in GSM (grams per square metre) — higher GSM means thicker, more opaque paper with less show-through.

75gsm suits everyday assignments and notes. 85gsm is the usual choice for project reports and internship files. 100gsm gives a premium feel for dissertations. 130gsm and above are coated stocks for posters, certificates and photo work.

Spiral and wiro lie flat and suit lab records and notes. Soft cover and glue binding suit reports and books. Hard binding, with optional golden print on the front and spine, is the format most Indian universities require for final thesis submission.
Colour and sides
- Black & white or full colour, chosen per file
- Single or double sided — double sided uses half the sheets and costs less per page
- Colour is printed with toner for sharp text and consistent solids

- Upload a PDF where possible — it preserves fonts, layout and spacing exactly
- Check the rate card for the cost of each combination
- Uploaded files are deleted after printing
