How much does printing and binding cost?
Printing and binding costs ₹0.60 per A4 page double-sided plus the binding charge per copy, which starts at ₹2. All prices exclude GST, which is added at checkout, and binding is charged separately per copy.
What paper can I choose?
Printster prints on 75 gsm, 85 gsm and 100 gsm stock for everyday documents, and up to 300 gsm matte or glossy for covers and posters. 75 gsm is the standard and the cheapest per page.
What binding options are available?
There are 12 binding types, from a ₹2 corner staple and ₹40 spiral binding up to hard binding at ₹250 and hard binding with golden print on the front and spine at ₹350. Binding is charged per copy, not per page.
Which binding should I choose for a long document?
Spiral binding at ₹40 per copy lets the document lie flat when open, which suits notes and manuals; soft cover at ₹110 and hard binding at ₹250 look more formal for submissions.
What file formats can I upload?
Printster accepts PDF, DOC, DOCX, PPT, PPTX, JPEG and PNG files. PDF gives the most predictable result because the layout and fonts are already fixed.
How long does printing and binding take to arrive?
Delivery takes 4 to 7 working days to Delhi NCR and 7 to 10 working days to the rest of India, after 3 to 5 working days of processing. Binding adds 1 to 2 working days, and your exact estimate is shown at checkout.
What happens if my order arrives damaged or wrong?
Report it to print@printster.in within 48 hours of delivery with your unboxing video and photographs, and we will put it right. Damaged or in-transit issues must be reported within 48 hours; wrong or missing items within 7 calendar days.
