Can you Print Scanned Files?
Yes, We print Scanned files but it will take more processing time then other orders and Quality of Printing is also Low. So, we can't commit about delivery time and Quality of Scanned files orders.
Can I visit the store and place the order there?
No :) The whole idea of printster.in is to provide quality prints at your doorstep! You can order online only. You can call at our numbers, mail us or simply whatsapp us and we will definitely cater to all your queries.
Can I cancel my order?
The moment you submit your order, we start working to get it to you as quickly as possible and it cannot be changed. But, we know - mistakes happen. We'll do everything possible to cancel your order, just drop us an Email at firstname.lastname@example.org or Call on our customer support numbers. Within 2 hours from placing the order.
Which Documents or Extensions are supported?
We accept the following file types - PDF, DOCX, DOC, PPT, PPTX, JPG, PNG, ZIP.
Do you Print of Certificate Issued by Government Autority or Any Other Institution.
We Don't Print Certificates / Mark-sheets Issued by any Government Authority or Any Other Institutions. If Still the Customer Places the order for the same, then we will print "COPY" or "DUPLICATE" on the same.
Can I Upload DOC, DOCx, PPT, PPTx extension File for printing?
Yes, You can Upload DOC, DOCx, PPT, PPTx extension File for printing. But, Sometimes The Margins, Fonts and Charcters are replaced because of Diffrent Version or Different font due to this sometimes you will get the different printed materials as compare to Word File and we are not responsible for that. We Higly recommend to Upload PDF file.
How to Send Cover Design?
After Placing the order with inner material email us at email@example.com with order Number and Cover design.
What is Cover Option?
Cover option provide you the feasibility to select cover Type.
No Cover - We Print Your Cover as it is like your all document or book printing settings.
Thick Color Cover - In Thick Color Cover we will print your First Page of The Book or Document on 300GSM Paper from Digital Color Printer in Color.
Do you offer COD (Cash on Delivery)?
No, we don’t offer Cash On Delivery.
I need an invoice for the payment, what should I do?
For every payment we receive, we automatically create and invoice that and send it to you by email.
Where's my order?
After placing an order, you can view the order status 24 hours a day from your Order History page. All of your orders to date will be displayed. The "Status" column will indicate if your order has shipped or is still being processed. If your order status indicates your order has been shipped and the delivery turnaround time you requested has passed without receiving your order, please contact Customer Support for Delivery
What are the delivery charges?
Shipping Charges Depend upon the Order Size and Location. You Can Calculate it through our onilne Price Calculator.
How to order?
To order, start by clicking on “START PRINTING” button on the top right corner of our website page. Simply enter your details (name, address, contact, etc) > Upload your document > Enter payment details > Receive the invoice via email and the print outs will be delivered at your doorstep through courier.
Can I change my order?
Typically, orders are put into process within 2 hours of ordering (duration might be more or less depending upon user traffic and file/print type). We understand that there might be some changes to be incorporated in the file uploaded, the settings selected or the file might have to be changed. You can mail or call us us within 2 hours to edit an order and we will do our best to help you out! In case it can be changed, we will send you refund or link for additional payment basis your new settings.
Shortly after placing your order, you will receive an email/SMS confirming that Printster has received your order. You will receive a second email/SMS when your order ships.
Will you Send the Print Proof Before Printing?
No, We will print your File with Printing Settings provided by you. Please check your Matter and Printing Setting before sending the File to us, we shall not be responsible for any Error/Mistake/Financial Loss after receiving the file and Printing Settings from Customer.
Do you guys do Corporate orders or Wholesale orders?

Do you ship outside of India?
Yes, we do! :) simply drop us an email at email@example.com with your query and we will get back to you.
If Delivered Product is not printed correctly Like Incorrect Printing, Binding is Incorrect etc?
You can Email the issue details with order number to firstname.lastname@example.org with-in 15 days of Order delivered. We will Refund the Amount or Re-print the Product.
What all banks are accepted in the NetBanking option?
PayUmoney accepts payments from almost all the prominent banks in India. Please find the list below -
What options do you have in the Debit Card payment?
The debit Card options available are - Master Card Debit Cards , Visa Debit Cards and other Maestro Cards.
Do you accept international Cards?
We only accept cards issued in India. If you are using any international credit card, please mail us your at email@example.com we will send you a payment link from PayPal.
Do you accept any other currency except for Rupee?
We only accept Indian Rupee (INR).
What happens if my computer shuts down right when the Payment is getting authorized?
There could be 2 scenarios -
The payment got authorized by the bank but the communication of the same was not received by PayUmoney. In this case the your account will get debited by the bank but the payment status will be Initiated/Failed/Dropped. For such transactions, we receive a confirmation from the bank later and then we initiate a refund for the payment to the customer's account.
The payment didn't get authorized by the bank. In this case the your account will not be debited and we don't get any further updates from the banks. The payment status will be Initiated/Failed/Dropped. We suggest you to check the status of such transactions from your PayUmoney Customer dashboard once before making the same payment again.
